• Due to an autoimmune disorder since childhood, Kristen spent a lot of time in the hospital to which she was first introduced to massage therapy. She immediately felt drawn to the health field and kept massage therapy in the back of her mind until she was assigned a project in high school to which she was to choose a hypothetical career and research it. This resulted in her falling in love with everything she found and confirming that massage therapy was the career she wished to pursue long term.
• Kristen graduated from Miller-Motte Technical College in Clarksville, TN in 2012. Having the health issues she struggled with daily verified that a career in the holistic health field was exactly what she needed to thrive and grow as an LMT.
• Kristen has continued her education to become an attuned Reiki Master while learning different Somatic Treatments as well as pursuing an education in Psychology to better provide somatic assistance to her clients. This makes Kristen’s therapeutic massage perfect for those clients suffering from PTSD and other stress related conditions as she specifically focuses on helping the nervous system transfer back into the rest and relaxation state.
